Map Visual is not working when published

This issue has been confirmed as a known issue internally.
And the issue should have been resolved by now. Please download the latest version of Power BI Desktop and try it.

This is from the mobile app, but he has an same issue on the web broser also.
Everybody else seems to be fine, but him.
If you could help me out that would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! I'm experience the same issue re: Bing maps not working when published to my workspaces. I've updated Power BI Desktop and tried republishing, but the maps are still not loading when the report is viewed in browser.
