Live Tiles pinned from Power BI mobile not showing any data

Hi, i've windows PBI mobile for window 10 installed on my windows 10 Pro PC (Version 1709, Build 16299.15)

I've "pinned" a few dashboards to Start, but they're not showing any data or information just a square black tiles.

My windows 10 PC is behind a corporate firewall, could this be the cause?

any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Hello @flanshaw,

For now, live tiles only show dashboard name and no data.
