When importing data from Power BI into Excel and inserting the table, it gives this attached error.

Here's what you need to keep in mind:
You must have Build permission to the Power BI semantic model or have at least a Contributor role in the Power BI workspace containing your semantic model.

Thanks for reaching out to our community. I have to remind you that this is the Power BI Mobile Apps forum.
Do you get connection errors for all your Power BI semantic models? You can tell if there's a problem with the semantic model you want to connect to by trying to connect to other semantic models.
So far, I've tested it and it works fine.

It happens with all the models. I tested by opening in another Power BI account of mine, and it accesses normally

It's likely that your admin has disabled some access features, please contact your admin.
If not, check whether the conditions are met based on the requirements below.

Everything is in order regarding approvals and the version.
Is there any permission within Power BI that might restrict access or something like that?

I can insert using the 'Insert PivotTable' option, but I can't with the other 'Insert Table' option.
