Desktop & web showing different data

When i refreshed data other report coming perfect but the reports where i used dataviz card showing different data between web & desktop.       desktop  web after refreshing       ...

Hi malay_bor ,

 

I have the following questions to ask.

Do you have any filters that affect the results of the Ultimate KPI Cards?

Are your local reports and web reports the same report? How about re-publishing and refreshing?

And what is your data source?

If you set any Row-level security in your report? Or your admin set any access permisson in service? Please provide more details about the report.
