Carga de reporte en app movil

Hola! Tengo un problema con mi reporte, ya está cargado en Desktop y lo veo bien pero cuando trato de verlo en la app movil se queda cargando y después de un rato me regresa a la pantalla principal. El reporte pesa .5 GB

Alguna idea??

How many records did you report stored? Any complex calculation and expression formulas in it?  BTW, what type of device are you worked? How many idle device memory existed?

Hey @BrendaMV ,

It might that your device does not have enough memory for loading the report. What device are you using?
