Can not sign in in power bi android

after i installed Power BI on my Android

i cant sign in to my account

(which is OK when i sign in from the internet browser)

Why it happened?

Perhaps your seeing the issue described in https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-mobile-android-could-not-sign-you-in/?

If not, can you share more info on what exacly is the error your seeing? Which Android version are you using?

Here is what i got after submit my email (Power BI account) and password:

We couldn't sign you in

Something went wrong during authentication process. Please try again or contact support

I am using Android 7.0 on Samsung S7

There can be a couple of things that might cause this.

For starter - Are you able to sign in to powerbi.com using your phone's web browser? Did you configure a custom sign in page for your tenant? (if so, better check if the SSL certificate's root CA is trusted by the phone)

I already try to sign in with my phone web browser and get no problem... everything is ok


Oh wait... I try again to sign in again right now and it works!
But still don't know why
