App Access Block

Hi, I am required to provide a report using mobile view.

When I tried to test it, it shows that I cannot get access to the app using my organization account. 

May I ask, where I can fix this issue? Great thanks.

    Hey Anonymous ,

     

    I would try to install the latest IOS version. If the problem persists, contact you IT and see what Intune or conditional access rules are configured.
