Android App

Guys,   I am facing a problem where my android app doesn't show any of the dashboards already created on my account. Has anyone faced such a problem before?   Yours, Ahmed Assem

    Have you tried to sign-out uninstall and install latest version?

Hi, firstly sorry for my english, i have to same problem, i cant to see my dashboard information on my phone, however on my dashboard web i can, i dont know what is it help us please

    Hi,

     

    This is a bit different issue but also distributing, Can you please provide device information? WebView version? App Version?

    Is there something special with this dashboard?

    Are you able to see the samples dashboard?

    Are you using company portal?

    My device is a

    Sony Xperia ZR

    android version : 5.1.1

    app android powerBI version : 111085

    Power BI Desktop version:  2.37.4464.361 64-bit (julio de 2016)

    S.O : windows 7 ultimate sp 1  64bits

    Browser : VersiĆ³n 52.0.2743.116 m (64-bit) 
    In a first time, when i opened the app, i could see charts, information, all of this, but I deleted it, so, the steps to start the app and to make charts were import I publish a chart and datasets from powerBI Desktop, and after that I created a panel, and I put the chart on my panel.

    I think this problem is a bug, because I fix it Unninstalling and Installing the APP.... that's the solution. Thanks Dude!
