not able to open report

Hello Team,

 

I am facing the issue while opening the report. One hour before it was working but once I closed the report and reopen the report then it is giving an error: "We weren't able to restore the saved database to the mode".


Could anybody please share the solution for this? It's very important to solve this issue because we have demo today.

Are you using the latest May 2017 (2.46.4732.721) version of Power BI Desktop? If not, please unintall the old one and install the new one. If issue still persists, I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).
If issue is resolved, you can share the solution here later to help others who have the same problem.

I'm also having issues with this. Where I will be working on a report, need to pin a specific visual to a dashboard, so I title the report and save it but then once I pin the visual and go back to work in the same report, it no longer exists.

 

I'm using the online version of power BI so assuming that software update is not the cause.
