Users cannot access a file that was accessible 1 month ago

The file is in a premium workspace, users (who has free license or pro licence) can't acces.

The error said to opening it in Excel Online, but it seems to try to open in Excel Online in the background.

Please check that you have the appropriate permissions in this workspace, such as access to report or dataset.
You can check this in manage permission.

Hi, users can access all the reports in the workspace, the permissions are giving in the apps. The only that they can't access anymore are the Excel files.

The problem is gone, so it looks like it was a Microsoft problem
