When you clicked on the usage metrics icon next to the report in an old workspace it would show you the metrics for every user and distribution method, the new workspaces only seem to show those users who access the report via the workspace. The new workspace metrics are also showing users who access the report via an app as sharing when they showed as Content pack in the old workspaces. Could these not been shown as app to differentiate them from actual shares?
We currently have a mix of old and new workspaces and a usage report that is compiled from both which now no longer show us who is using the app for the new workspaces.
