Based on the error message,please esure that the file isn't open in another program or by another user. You can check this in the Computer Management tool under System Tools -> Shared Folders -> Open Files.
Sometimes, a hidden custom visual on the report page can cause saving issues. Removing the offending visual using the selection pane might resolve the problem.
