    Hi bhawnaA ,

I found a similar issue discussed in the Community. Here are some steps you can try:

Check the export data settings in Power BI Desktop and Service. In Desktop, you can find these under File >

Options and Settings > Options > CURRENT FILE > Report settings > Export data. In Service, check the settings in Admin portal > Export to Excel & Export to .csv Report settings.

If the summarized data option is not working and not able to export data, try closing the browser (Google Chrome), reopen the Power BI report in service, and click export the data from visual.

I was able to fix that . Clearing the browser caches was the part i guess. Thank you 🙂

Review the export settings in Power BI Service to ensure that you have selected the appropriate options, including the "Summarized data" option. Ensure that you haven't accidentally selected an empty visual or page for export.
