Show all deployment pipeline

I created some deployment pipelines with PBI Premium Per User license.

When 60 days after, license was lost. There is no administrator for that pipeline, no one can manage the pipeline, and I don't even know that it exists.

At the very least, Power BI administrator's role menber should be able to see the disappeared pipeline. PowerBI admins also need to be able to set up new administrators for those pipelines.
