Refresh failing for reports using Azure Cost Management tables

We are having similar issues with our Azure Cost Management reports:

Processing error: We cannot convert a value of type Binary to type Function.

Getting below error when trying to use Manual/Scheduled refresh for data source for any Power BI dashboard/report which points to AzureCostManagement connector. 

Scheduled refresh failure was on 10 Sept 2021, 09:27 AM

Today I did manual refresh, got below errors.

I am also experiencing the same issues.

I have the same issue with the powerbi Reports.

We have been with it for almost a week and there is no response from microsoft (at least that I know of)
