Would it be possible in the Online Business Intelligence Dashboards add somewhere the last Power BI Desktop version used to Create/Update the report. This would assist in ongoing maintaince of reports.

As far as I know, there is no elegant way to add version information. You may share feedback via Ideas to help improve Power BI.
