Problem with GitHub PowerBI app issue counts

I was experimenting with the GitHub PowerBI app. The issue counts are really off—for example, for the https://github.com/microsoftdocs/azure-devops-docs repo, it says that the number of open issues is 3970—but github says that it’s 1060.

(I would post a screenshot of the GitHub PowerBi app numbers, but the insert image feature for this forum doesn't seem to be working.)
