1. What is your data source ? Can you refresh your data successfully in Desktop ?
2. Can your gateway work normally ?
3. After your repoblishing your report to Service , did you remap your data source to your dataset ?
In addition to the information you provided, can you provide a screenshot of the error message when you refreshed?
