Getting this error while exporting power bi report to PDF format. This is affecting our organization wide status emails. Please help.

Status: Delivered

The fix of this issue has been deployed, please check it again about it(ICM: 283108634)

We are experiencing the same issue exporting to PNG. Have also found reports of this issue on a variety of community forums. It is being consistently reported that the issue began on January 12th.

Seeing same error "PowerBI service client received error HTTP response. HttpStatus: 500. PowerBIErrorCode: ScreenshotEngineFailedToLoadPage" when running "Export To File for Power BI reports" in PDF from Power Automate flow.

BTW, this error has started appearing since 12th Jan. The same flow/report was working until then.
