PowerBI webpart embed expiration- Timeout/403

We have a sharepoint site where we have added PowerBI webpart and added the powerbi report url. On the first load the reports are getting load with load time approx. 40sec where in app.powerbi is taking 20sec only. 

Once the page is loaded and is idle for 5 to 10 min and user clicks on another tab in report user is getting below

error:

 

Any insight on this issue or anyone faced the similar issue in their Sharepoint sites.

    Hi arujindal,

     

    I can't reproduce it. Please check if the end users still have access to the report. I would suggest you file a support ticket here.
