This is observed globally.

This issue is related to tenant region, I would suggest you migrate your report to other tenants until this issue has been fixed. Please refer to similar thread below about how to migrate your report.

v-yuta-msft This is not really a solution, especially since the problems are ocurring in more regions than just US regions as said on the status page.
Also I don't have a spare tennant in another region to use this mitigation.
