Power bi does not open and error message appears

Good evening, I'm sorry!

I have power bi installed on Windows 10, but when I open the application the message appears as shown in the print below. And I can't open it. Can anyone  help me?

Please check that the environment in which you are installing PBI Desktop meets the criteria according to the following requirements.
