Power BI add-in to PowerPoint

In March 2024 Power BI introduced the new Public Snapshot feature at which time the Show as Saved image option stopped working however the new feature produces very blurry images (worse than previous Show As Saved Image),

subsequently the Show as Saved Image began working again however this has not stopped working, again and I'm left with the blurry images when using the Public Snapshot.

This is really poor and inconsistent functionality and renders the software as unstable and worse still erodes user confidence.

Is it intentional that the Showed As Saved Image has stopped working and if so can it be turned back on?

Thanks for your feedback, is this issue reproducible in your different Power BI Desktop and PowerPoint versions?

For feature improvement,you may vote the idea and comment here to improve this feature. It is the right place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.

Hi Caitlyn, yes I've tried it in the Destop, Browser and Teams version of powerpoint and the same result in all
