Please check where is your Power BI tenant located: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-admin-where-is-my-tenant-located#how-to-determine-where-your-power-bi-tenant-is-located
Power BI has an outage in North Europe yesterday, the issue has been reported internally: CRI 128176204. The issue should be fixed now. Please test again to see if the issue still occurs.
