Power BI Goals Menu Button Disappeared

I was working in Goals yesterday, but today I logged into 365 and the option to navigate there is now gone.  Additionally, the work that I was doing in Goals is now not accessible.

Below is the message I received when I tried to navigate to the Scorecard I made:

I am in a GCC environment, but cannot find any information on why this feature would be present one day and gone the next.

Unfortunately, I can’t reproduce the same issue as yours.

I suggest you to go to the admin portal to check if you have enabled the “Goal” in the Power BI:
