My dataset permissions haven't changed and I can still connect to the datasets via Excel when I search for the dataset in the search bar. When I open the connection to the Power BI datasets as described I see the following. Only two datasets.
Once I search for a particulair dataset, it does show up and I can connect to it without any problem:
The end users I spoke to within my organization are all running into the same problem.
