After saving a file in Power BI Desktop, a command prompt pops out so that crashes PBI Desktop and its execution is interrupted.
It also occurs when saving a file and then trying to sign in.
The command prompt is triggered from this file:
C:\...\Microsoft Power BI Desktop\bin\\SQLDUMPER.EXE
This issue has started in January PBI Desktop release.

I'm not able to reproduce the issue in Power BI desktop version 2.54.4970.961 64-bit (January 2018). Did you run 64bit or 32bit desktop? Did this issue occur frequently or occasionally?

It occurs occasionally, turning difficult to myself to reproduce again.
