Other Users Cannot See Any Visuals

I'm encountering a serious issue where none of the data visuals or slicers load. I'm trying to upload a pic but the photo option is not working.. it's similar to the photo in this post: external users see errors

 

I removed all RLS

Other users have Pro

 

Not sure what else to do here...

    Hi PHiXiUS,

     

    Did you share a dashboard or a app to external users? Which data sources did the report get data from? What's the detail error message when you clicked on See Details on the wrong visuals? 

     

    1. Please make sure the report owner can view the report and visuals display fine. 

    2. If the report gets data from SSAS data source, please check if you need to map user name follow this article.

    Hello Qiuyun Yu,

     

    Thank you so much for your response. 

     

    1.  The report owner is me - and I am able to view all reports and visuals just fine. It appears to only affect those in the workspace and consumers of the app. 

    2. The report gets data from a series of Excel documents on my drive. I am spearheading the testing of Power BI for our HR department who want to use this to eventually connect to our HRIS system.
