No amount of Google searching has uncovered any answers. Any clues?

Hi @jasonnaylor ,
Did other reports work fine but just this one failed? If so, according to the error message, seems like the file was not saved properly. Likely cause was Desktop process was killed before it finished saving the file to disk.
Do you have a copy of the file somewhere or can you download a pbix from the Service? If not, please try the solution in this thread: Solved: File contains corrupted data - Microsoft Power BI Community
When you reinstall the Desktop, please go through this link:
Download Microsoft Power BI Desktop from Official Microsoft Download Center
