Negative y axis appears when displaying small values, less than 1 using scientific notation

Thanks Herbert. Tried this and does not solve problem. The values we are displaying are very small in range of 1x10^-3 to 1x10^-9. So when I put the End value to 1, the y-axis scale only shows 0 to 1 and that means my bars disappear as they are so small. I tried putting in end values of 0.1 (same problem as 1); 0.01 is better but the problem is that the sum of my values sometimes would be greater than this; 0.001 causes the negative axis to reappear.
