Hello!
Since a week me and my coworker are having trouble with Power BI which doesn't recognize our Pro License 😞
(In our company, we are the 2 only who are using a Pro License).
Last tuesday, when we tried to access our Workspaces, this message appeared:
Of course, my first reaction was to double-checked my suscriptions:
https://portal.office.com/account/#subscriptions
https://portal.office.com/adminportal/home#/users
As you can see, Power BI Pro is clearly indicated 😮
That is why I don't really understand why i am not recognized!
The funny thing is that i can't even creat a support ticket (only available for Pro user) because Power BI doesn't recognize me as a Pro User:
Today, the only solution I have found to be able to continue my work, is to "try Pro for free" with the 60 days trial.
Which is very weird knowing that my company is currently paying the $10 every month for me and my coworker to have the Pro License.
However, there is one thing that I noticed, which maybe, might explain my problem:
When i go to: https://portal.office.com/AdminPortal/Home#/licenses
I get notified that "2 users need valid licenses" for Power BI Pro.
But I don't really know what to think about that, knowing that of course our 2 Pro Licenses are paid by the company and of course "valid".
Is there anyone here, who can help me?
I was also searching for a support, landline number to call, but for now I didnt find anything...
Thank you so much for your help!!!!
