Hierarchy slicer not loading all data when expanded

I am trying to use date hierarchy having year and month in the Dropdown slicer. It has data of 2 years and by default, we have kept it collapsed as shown in the image below,

When we try to expand the year 2020 first time it shows only January as shown below

even though there is data for months between January to May as shown below,

This issue is not there when I open the pbix in PowerBI Desktop. It only shows the above correct view when we close and open the dropdown again or make some other changes. I tried adding hierarchy as shown in the image below.

I also tried adding year and month in the slicer as shown in the image below,

Can you please help me with this issue?

I am also getting this same error - which has only presented itself over the past week or two. Would very much appreciate a quick turnaround from Microsoft to fix this bug as it is impacting all our client reports.
