Export Data "Current Format" Option Does Not Always Show

Hi,

It's been raised by one of our report users that they are struggling to get the "Current Format" option to display when trying to export the data from a visual.

I have tried myself and was able to replicate it. It seems to show only the option to export "Summarized Data" most of the time,To get it to show the option, I have to click and attempt to export the data multiple times until the option displays, or I have to click between visuals and attempto export. This is causing a negative user experience and additional queries.

See below - in the example I want to export the data with Current layout for Visual A (Matrix).

Attempt 1 Visual A - Not worked.

Attempt 1 Visual B - Option is there, but not the visual I want to export.

Attemp 2 Visual A - Not worked.

Attempt 2 Visual B - Option is there, but not the visual I want to export.

Attempt 3 Visual A - Worked on the 3rd attempt and flicking between visuals.

So which visual object do you need to export data according to Current Format ?

Visual A, the one that doesn't show the option. Both visuals were "Matrix".
