Desktop Error Message Stuck in Continuous Loop
Sometimes I get an error message like the one below: I know what the error message represents - that's not the problem. The problem with this error message is that I cannot make it go away:...
There's even worse than that: work on a current file with you usual Power BI desktop on a live connection. Then if by disgrace your VPN drops when you're refreshing the data, Power BI will be stuck in that loop even if/when the VPN connection is re-established.
Result: all your work will be lost because there's no way to click on save: only option is to kill the app.
v-qiuyu-msftI don't pretend Power BI to be so smart to return an error as Excel/Pivot and stop querying further values until told to do so, but at least give us an option to "Cancel and don't ask anymore until next refresh".
