Conditional formatting Not working in Power BI service

Hi, I have a simple report where a backgroud conditional formatting is applied to card visual. This works in Desktop & am able to see the color changes based on values but not working in Power BI...

I pinned the tables with Conditional formatting > Background color to a dashboard. It was working between 1st of July and 5th of July, but stopped working starting 8th of July.

Is this a bug?
