Conditional Formatting Popup works only once

I have a Power BI report that uses conditional formatting to change the colors of arrows based on the value of another referenced column. The conditional formatting works fine.

However, I changed the name of a column and am trying to update the formulas. I can do it for once and then the box comes up blank for the next one...I have to save, close and reopen everytime.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a solution?

Hi @laptopondesk ,

I can't reproduce your problem, my test version is Version: 2.103.881.0 64-bit (March 2022) , maybe you can update to the latest version of Power BI Desktop to see if that helps.
Or you can go to Options and Settings in Power BI Desktop ,Options > Data Load > Data Cache Management Options > Clear Cache.

@Anonymous ,

I tried clearing cache as you instructed. This didn't fix the problem. As for the version, I'm running Apr 2022 update 2.104.702.0

Hi @laptopondesk ,

I retested it on Power BI Desktop version 2.104.702.0 64-bit (April 2022) and it works fine.
I haven't received any similar feedback from other users so far either. We will keep an eye on this issue for you.
For now, we recommend that you reinstall Power BI Desktop to see if the problem persists.
