Can you create a help center dedicated to resolve basic Power BI issues for the subscribers?

I am facing issue while trying to publish dashboard using Power BI desktop

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Dashboard is a feature that only applies to Power BI Service.
    Is what you are experiencing here is that you are unable to publish reports to Power BI Service properly?
    Did you sign in Power BI Desktop correctly?
