Added Images are Pixelated - no custom visual to help

My images are pixelated when uploaded to Power BI Online, but they look fine in Power BI Desktop.  This is an earlier post on this subject

However, the custom visual that solved the problem, no longer exists.  Is there any other way to fix this?  To add an image, I just use the standard add image button.

Hi @rossgerber,

Based on my test in the latest Power BI desktop version 2.53.4954.481, insert a image in the report, keep the scale setting as normal, after publish the report to service, the image looks the same as in Power BI service.
