Azure SQL DB mirroring Error ( set up a managed identity for your SQL Server)

i'm trying to conncet  and mirroring  Azure SQL DB but every time i got this error : 

how can i solve this ?

i now facing another problem it give me this error : PowerBI user with prefix  ---(my db server_name) not found.

I want to confirm that enable the system-assigned Managed Identity 

will not introduce any security risks. ?  @AndyDDC @Anonymous  and how to avoid that
