Azure SQL DB mirroring Error ( set up a managed identity for your SQL Server)

i'm trying to conncet  and mirroring  Azure SQL DB but every time i got this error :      how can i solve this ?

Hi mohamedabohassn you can enable the system-assigned Managed Identity on the Azure SQL server:

    thank you andy, for now i don't have access to do it, i  sent a request to my orginaziton and will try it once access granted
