network issue while connecting SQL server using data flows

As part of  Data Pull in Power BI, we have created Dataflows in Power BI service but unable to fetch data in Power BI Desktop.

We tried with Dataflows and Power BI Dataflows Legacy options but still the issue persists. Network issues while establishing connection to SQL Server.

Please help and suggest.

Hello @Anonymous

  • Make sure that the login information and connection settings in the dataflow are correct. Sometimes, connection problems happen because the details are wrong or missing
  • Make sure you have installed and properly set up an on-premises data gateway. It's essential for connecting to an on-premises data source.

Please go through below accepeted solutions. It might helps you to solve your issue.

Solved: Cannot connect to SQL Server in Dataflow - Microsoft Fabric Community

Solved: PBI Desktop - Unable to connect to Dataflow Gen2, ... - Microsoft Fabric Community
