Spark SQL error: MetaException(message: Unable to fetch mwc token)

I got this issue when run spark sql query on my OneLake:

The query take too much time to response with a table just have 6 records. I checked the log, all of them were about refreshing token.

At the end, it return exception:

I checked that i  have full permissions on onelake and workspace.

    I'm still stuck with this problem since last Friday. 

    Sometimes the query can return results after a long run, but often it will raise a MetaException.

    Hope this can be resolved soon.

    Apologies for the issue. 

    It is difficult to tell what could be the reason for this performance. I would request you to wait for sometime and try again as it may be due to some outage issue.

    It seems this error only occurs on Southeast Asia servers.

    I tried the same case with reagion East Asia, everything is ok.

  • I got this error today. I tried stopping and restarting my kernel and got a capacity limit exceeded exception. So this may have something to do with running actions when you have a session open but no capacity left to use.
