I have a Dataflow in Microsoft Fabric that has been in publishing status for 2 days. I don't have the possibility to stop this process, I've already tried pausing the capacity for several hours and it doesn't work, in this state I can't access Dataflow to make a backup of what's there and I can't even change it. This appears to be a BUG, but due to the difficulty that Microsoft places in opening a ticket to report this or even speaking to support, I am unable to report the problem.
Could someone please give me some help?

I was unable to reproduce your error. Here are some of my suggestions:
You can try dataflow next to... (more options) option >> cancel refresh?
You can try clearing your browser cache and then logging back into your account.
It may be a bit of a pain, but please try recreating Dataflow from scratch and republishing it to see if the error still recurs.

But teh Dataflow is not really publishing, it is a BUG. As you can see, this option is no available:
If you have a Pro license you can open a Pro ticket at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/newsupportticket/powerbi
Otherwise you can raise an issue at https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues .
