Hi @Serge25Amon ,

 

we had the same issue with a few users. In our case, it wasn’t a region or tenant age problem – it was because the Fabric service plan wasn’t assigned to the user in Entra ID.

Here’s what fixed it:

  1. Go to Microsoft 365 Admin Center
  2. Find the user
  3. Under Licenses and Apps, make sure Microsoft Fabric (Preview) is checked
  4. Save and wait a few minutes, then try again

Also make sure the user has Power BI Pro or P1 capacity – sometimes the trial won’t activate without it.
