Notebook Init Issue

Hi, Today 

I'm using reserved capacity on F2 Fabric (Central-South Region), and today after 12:00 PM (PST), when running a notebook, I receive the following message, and the notebook's final status is 'Error'. Finally, I check the Fabric status page, and it shows problems, but only on West US2.

Error code 1CLUSTER_CREATION_TIMED_OUT

Error message[plugins.30dynamicdatacloudworkspace.f0640d5c-5650-5406-1ce0-771611910340.9e1c253c-03ec-4cfd-9cac-dbc8a98e5fab WorkspaceType:<DataCloud> CCID:<ceb7213c-59e2-4c5f-9f7f-cdff3a947260>] Cluster was in terminal state=[Cancelled] before it reached 'Ready' state. Cluster job has WorkspaceName=[30dynamicdatacloudworkspace], SpecName=[f0640d5c-5650-5406-1ce0-771611910340], and JobId=[2fb6a4f3-2617-4a50-a2cf-4a4a33df97cc].

Hi Again,

I tried running the Notebook again and it works!!! And the error status is cleared from the Fabric page status.
