How to increase reservation when scaling up a capacity?

Hi!

I had an F4 fabric capacity with a corresponding reservation scoped to the resource group level. When I scaled up the capacity to F8, I did not find a way to increase the reservation so I added a second 'F4' reservation, tied to the same resource group. Unfortunately, it looks like the second reservation is unused. 

Can someone point me to the best way to increase my reservation when I scale up my capacity?

Hi Fabian, thank you for the clear information! I can see in azure portal Reservations that the original reservation is 100% used and the second reservation is 0% used after one month, so I will follow up with Microsoft (via CSP...)

Microsoft also suggests that in this paragraph: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/reservations/fabric-capacity#increas...

However, it does also state that you can buy multiple reservations:
"If you want to increase the size of your Fabric capacity reservation, use the exchange process or buy more Fabric capacity reservations.".

So please check if the reservation is really not used. Otherwise, I think it would be wise to contact Microsft Support.
