Gen2 Dataflow errors when refreshing

All of a sudden i have been getting these error messages for my Gen2 datflows and they wont refresh, everything was fine last week now this. I have looked at data, everything seems fine, tried reducing the tables that flow into my data flow. looked at my query steps and cant see anything that jumps out at me to say whats wrong. I ingest my data from a blob stograge container in azure and like i said not encountered problems before,  any ideas how to resolve please.

I am also getting these error messages on this flow as well
