Fabric Platform Sizing for the initial sizing

Microsoft Fabric does not currently provide a direct CU estimation tool, but you can estimate CU consumption based on workload characteristics.

To monitor and optimize CU consumption, you can use the Fabric Capacity Metrics App, which provides insights into how different workloads (data ingestion, transformations, queries, etc.) are utilizing your capacity. This will help you adjust your capacity as needed.
