Azure SQL DB mirroring Error ( set up a managed identity for your SQL Server)

i'm trying to conncet  and mirroring  Azure SQL DB but every time i got this error : 

 

 

how can i solve this ? 

data engineering
data warehouse
one lake

      thank you andy, for now i don't have access to do it, i  sent a request to my orginaziton and will try it once access granted

        I want to confirm that enable the system-assigned Managed Identity 

        will not introduce any security risks. ?  AndyDDC Anonymous  and how to avoid that
