Hi Dicken
Instead of closing your email, try accessing the Fabric Community in an InPrivate/Incognito window or through a dedicated browser profile (example- Edge profile for community activity). This keeps the community login isolated from corporate authentication sessions.
If turning off the VPN seems to help, it may be worth checking with your network team to see if any Microsoft authentication endpoints are being blocked or if it can be configured for Microsoft sign-in traffic.

• *.microsoft.comAlso, do you see the same behavior with other Microsoft services such as Power BI Service, Fabric Portal, or Azure Portal?
Thanks,

it seems to be the vpn, also i did try private view and it made no difference.
the only other thing is co pilot which sgins me out ( search bar access ) so have to re sign in,
if i use the 'chat' (top right) than that keeps me signed in between sessions, shut down start up etc.- AnonymousNot applicable
Hi Dicken
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Forum Community.
pallavi_r Thanks for the inputs.
Since disabling the VPN appears to resolve the issue and InPrivate mode didn't help, it does sound like the VPN is affecting the Microsoft sign-in process. The different behavior you're seeing with Copilot and the Community chat could be due to how those services manage authentication sessions. It may be worth checking with your IT or network team to ensure Microsoft authentication endpoints are allowed through the VPN, as that should help make the sign-in experience more consistent across services.
If there are any deviations from your expectation please let us know we are happy to address.
Thanks.
